The climate crisis is the most urgent issue of our time. My site-specific works and photography explore the intricacy of social notions of belonging to nature as our ‘home’ – Oikos, Greek for house-home, is at the root of ecology. 
 
The Earth Calls site-specific series was created on my ancestral mountaintop land in southwest Serbia after more than two decades of nomadic art practice in the U.S.A. 
This series expresses my perspectives on the current disengaged eco-cultural interactions with the land, utilizing heirloom staple materials such as wheat, wild medicinal plants, and water.
 
All sales fund the Earth Calls project, an art eco-residency in the making, whose mission is in service to the individual, cultural, and the well-being of the Earth from a nature-informed perspective.
 
THE GICLEE PRINTS ARE PRODUCED IN AN END-TO-END CARBON NEUTRAL PROCESS.
